well, there's a lot of things that i don't understand about your gear.

1.- Why don't you have 4 pc of Tier even the 251 at least?
2.- Black Magic? Why?
3.- 10 Stats Gems in the helmet? Why?
4.- 365 Hit Rating?
5.- Boots enchants? why not the eng speed boost?
6.- That shield is pretty but you don't need it in pvp, you could use the Lord Marrogwar or the Toc 25 at least im pretty sure those are better.
7.- Why Glyph of Lava?
8.- Why 3 points in Reverberation?

Well that's all.
Right now we only have one full time Elemental Shaman, so maybe you could make it, but im not so sure about all that things.

5.- why that meta in your helmet?
6.- why 5/5 in convection instead of 2/5 in convection and 2/2 on improved fire nova and 3/3 on unrelenting storm?

Well i think that's all, but you need a lot but a really lot of gear.
